Digital Products Policy

No Refunds on Digital Products
All digital products sold by QUANTUM MINDFRAME are final sale.
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Digital downloads
Online programs or courses
Digital guides, workbooks, or files
Memberships or subscriptions
Any other electronically delivered content
Once access is granted or a digital product is delivered, the sale is complete.
Access & Use
By purchasing a digital product from QUANTUM MINDFRAME, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for ensuring your device, software, and internet access are compatible
Failure to access or use a digital product due to technical issues on your end does not constitute grounds for a refund
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Digital Products)
By completing a purchase of a digital product from QUANTUM MINDFRAME, you expressly agree that:
You will not initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal with your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment processor for any digital product purchase.
You acknowledge that all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
You agree to contact QUANTUM MINDFRAME at [contact@quantummindframe.com] before attempting to dispute any charge.
Any chargeback initiated in violation of this policy may be considered a breach of these terms.
Consequences of Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:
QUANTUM MINDFRAME reserves the right to:
Revoke access to any digital products, services, memberships, or accounts
Permanently restrict future purchases
Submit evidence of policy acceptance, access logs, and delivery confirmation to the payment processor
You may be responsible for any fees or administrative costs incurred by QUANTUM MINDFRAME as a result of the chargeback
Fraudulent Chargebacks
Chargebacks for purchases that were knowingly authorized and accessed may be treated as fraudulent chargebacks. QUANTUM MINDFRAME reserves the right to contest such disputes and cooperate with payment processors or financial institutions.
Acknowledgment
By purchasing any digital product from QUANTUM MINDFRAME, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Digital Products Policy.
Physical Products Policy

No Refunds or Returns on Physical Products
All physical products sold by QUANTUM MINDFRAME are final sale.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on physical products once an order has been placed, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, incorrect orders, or unused products.
Third-Party Manufacturing, Fulfillment & Sales Platforms
Some physical products sold under the QUANTUM MINDFRAME name may be manufactured, fulfilled, shipped, or sold through third-party companies or websites.
By purchasing such products, you acknowledge and agree that:
QUANTUM MINDFRAME is not responsible or liable for:
Manufacturing or production errors
Product defects
Shipping delays
Lost or damaged shipments
Fulfillment errors
Refund, return, or exchange policies of third-party companies
Any issues related to physical products must be addressed directly with the third-party company or website from which the product was purchased
Third-party vendors operate under their own terms and policies, which may differ from those of QUANTUM MINDFRAME
Shipping & Delivery
QUANTUM MINDFRAME does not guarantee shipping times, delivery dates, or carrier performance for physical products fulfilled by third parties.
Delays, carrier issues, or delivery failures do not qualify for refunds from QUANTUM MINDFRAME.
Limitation of Liability (Physical Products)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QUANTUM MINDFRAME shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:
The use or misuse of physical products
Manufacturing or fulfillment defects caused by third parties
Shipping or delivery issues outside of QUANTUM MINDFRAME’s control

Services Refunds, Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Throughout this document any coaching session with QUANTUM MINDFRAME including but not limited to Brainspotting Coaching may be collectively referred to as Group Coaching and Individual Coaching.
To ensure fairness to all participants and to support a well-organized Group Coaching and Individual Coaching experience, the following policies apply:
1. Coach-Initiated Cancellation
If QUANTUM MINDFRAME cancels a scheduled Group Coaching or Individual Coaching session, participants will be offered the choice to:
Reschedule and attend a future group coaching session at no additional cost, or
Receive a refund for the canceled session.
2. Minimum Enrollment Requirement
Group Coaching sessions require a minimum of three (3) participants to ensure productive group experience.
If fewer than three participants enroll, then QUANTUM MINDFRAME may cancel the session. In this case, enrolled participants will have the option to:
Reschedule to a future group coaching session, or
Receive a refund for the canceled session.
3. Participant Cancellation
If a participant cancels their session more than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled Group Coaching, they are eligible for a refund.
If a participant cancels within seventy-two (72) hours of the session start time, no refund will be issued. This policy helps ensure that participants on the waitlist have a fair opportunity to attend.
If a participant cancels their session more than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled Individual Coaching, they are eligible for a refund.
If a participant cancels an Individual Coaching session within forty-eight (48) hours of the session start time, no refund will be issued. This policy helps ensure that participants on the waitlist have a fair opportunity to attend.
4. Participant Rescheduling
If a participant reschedules more than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled Group Coaching session, the session fee will be applied to the new session date.
If a participant reschedules within seventy-two (72) hours of the Group Coaching session start time, the original session fee is forfeited and charged as a rescheduling fee, and the participant must purchase a new session to attend at a later date. This policy ensures fair access for other participants and supports session planning.
If a participant reschedules more than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled Individual Coaching session, the session fee will be applied to the new session date.
If a participant reschedules within forty-eight (48) hours of the Individual Coaching session start time, the original session fee is forfeited and charged as a rescheduling fee, and the participant must purchase a new session to attend at a later date. This policy ensures fair access for other participants and supports session planning.
5. Package purchases
Session packages are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of attendance, satisfaction, or participation.
· In the event that QUANTUM MINDFRAME cancels a Group Coaching session that is part of a package, the participant will receive a credit for the canceled session, which may be applied to a future Group Coaching sessions at no additional charge. No refunds will be issued for canceled package sessions.
· Package sessions are subject to all other scheduling, expiration, and participation terms of this agreement.
· Package credits may only be applied to future Group Coaching sessions and have no cash value.
6. Technology Issues
· Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection, functional audio and video capability, and access to the required video-conferencing platform prior to the start of each online Group Coaching or Individual Coaching session.
· If a participant is unable to join, remain connected to, or complete an online Group Coaching or Individual Coaching session due to internet problems, device issues, software troubles, power outages, or any other technology malfunctions on the participant’s side, this does not qualify for a refund, credit, or complimentary makeup session.
· If the QUANTUM MINDFRAME experiences technology issues that prevent the Group Coaching or Individual Coaching session from being conducted, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the participant.
No Other Refunds
No refunds, credits, or exceptions will be provided outside of the circumstances described above. No portion of any payment can be pro-rated or credited to another service, product or participant.
Satisfaction Disclaimer:
Coaching is a subjective and experiential process. A participant’s dissatisfaction with the coaching experience, group format, content, or perceived outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund.
QUANTUM MINDFRAME may choose to waive a rescheduling or cancellation fee at QUANTUM MINDFRAME’S discretion on a case-by-case basis. If QUANTUM MINDFRAME waives a fee this is not an indication or guarantee that future fees will be waived. QUANTUM MINDFRAME may change any one or more of the refund, cancellation and rescheduling policies from time to time with written notice to the participant.
