Booking and Deposit Structure

Coaching can be conducted either in a set number of sessions, or on a “as needed” basis, either to be determined by Coach and participant.

With a set number of sessions, you and Quantum Mindframe schedule 2-6 sessions at a time.

With as needed sessions you schedule one (1) Individual Coaching session at a time There is no guarantee for the same day or time for a scheduled session. QUANTUM MINDFRAME’S schedule may be full during some months and there is a possibility that sessions may not be available on some months.

To confirm your coaching session, a $100 deposit is required at the time of booking for each session. If you book a set number of sessions, then the corresponding deposit is required to be paid at the time of booking for the set number of sessions (example: if you book 6 sessions at once then you would pay a $600 deposit). The deposit will be applied toward the total session(s) fee.

This Deposit is required for all participants (new and existing) every time you book a session.

Service Fees

Coaching 50-minute session $375/session

Coaching 3- hour session $1,800/session

(Fees for Coaching (“Service Fees”) Payment is to be made immediately after each session. No longer than 24hrs after the session. Future sessions will not be scheduled until the latest session has been paid for in full.

You are responsible for updating the debit or credit card on file with QUANTUM MINDFRAME to avoid any disruptions in Services due to non-payment. QUANTUM MINDFRAME reserves the right to discontinue or suspend Services for non-payment and, if necessary, send your account to a collection agency.

No portion of any payment can be refunded and/or pro-rated or credited to another service, product or participant.

Cancelling and Rescheduling Appointments

If you cancel or reschedule a session with less than 48 hours notice, the $100 deposit will be retained as a cancellation/rescheduling fee and will NOT be applied toward the total session fee. This policy helps to ensure availability for Participants on the waitlist.

If you cancel or reschedule a set of sessions (2-6 sessions) for any reason AT ANY TIME, or if QUANTUM  MINDFRAME initiates cancellation or rescheduling of a set of sessions due to non-payment AT ANY TIME, the entire deposit ($200-$600) will be retained as a cancellation/rescheduling fee and will NOT be applied toward the total session fee(s). This policy helps to ensure availability for Participants on the waitlist.

The full session rate ($375 for 50-minute session or $1,800 for 3-hour session) will apply to all No Shows. “No Show” is when you do not show up for your session and do not provide notice.

After two cancellations within 30 calendar days your specific timeslot may no longer be reserved for you. Your coach may adjust scheduling to a first-come-first-serve basis.

QUANTUM MINDFRAME may change any one or more of the cancellation and rescheduling policies from time to time with written notice to the participant.
